Always Green, Inc. is a locally owned and operated hydro seeding company servicing all of Rhode Island. Since 2004 we have been providing hydro- seeding and erosion control services for residential and commercial properties. We specialize in planting quality home lawns for a fraction of the cost of sod.
In addition to our hydro seed and erosion control products, we continue to add additional services for all your landscape and lawn care needs. Explore our site to learn more about our products and services.
Please review the following information before signing below.
Minimum Charge: $ 480.00 - Covering up to 2,000 Sq. Ft. on a single property using our Green Supreme Seed Mix. See our Price List for pricing on larger areas.
Travel Fees: If you are located within 25 miles from us there is no fee. If you are located further than 25 miles add $4.00 a mile for every mile over 25 miles. It will be our discretion based on work demand on how far we will travel at any given time.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a hydro seed installation you must let us know 2 hours prior to your appointment. We custom mix our slurry before we arrive so it will be ready to spray. If your site is not ready or you decide to cancel our service once we have arrived a 20% fee will apply to cover the cost of materials already mixed in the tank. If work is completed at a later date this charge will be credited.
Payment: We accept: Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards
Terms: Total amount is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified. Interest of 1½ % per month (18% per annum) will be charged on the entire past due balance after 30 days. Any applicable discounts will be retracted if payment is not received within 30 days. If collection procedures are necessary, the client will pay all costs of collecting, including reasonable attorney’s fees. A $35.00 service charge will apply on all returned checks.
Limited Guarantee: Always Green, Inc. guarantees to our customers that we use highest quality materials available for the hydro seeding process. Certified turf grass seed is applied in a mixture of water, high phosphorus fertilizer, hydro mulch, tackifier and other additives. The hydro seed slurry is applied evenly to your prepared soil using the most advanced hydro seeding equipment at the appropriate rates. If germination does not occur within 30 days of application (weather permitting) and seeds are proven to be nonviable we will re-seed one time or provide new seed at no charge under the following conditions: Potential problems must be brought to our attention within 30 days of application. Always Green, Inc is not responsible for weed competition or eradication. Not responsible for acts of nature, vandalism, diseases or anything else beyond our control. This includes spotty germination as a result of soil compaction, torrential rains, drought or any other weather related conditions. This guarantee is not valid for late season dormant seeding when soil temperatures drop below 50°F. A care guide will be provided; it is the responsibility of the undersigned to be sure this guide is followed. This guarantee does not apply to seed supplied by anyone other than Always Green, Inc.
